Snowy Conditions Proving Hazardous For Nation's Idiots

Those of us in the snowy half of the US have learned that winter, with it's cold wind, frosted windshields, & icy roads, is a complete shock and surprise every year to about 75% of the people who have lived and driven thru dozens of them all their lives.

Every few years, we a smidgen of snow here in Georgia, at which time morons flock to the grocery store as if they'll be snow-bound for days when they should know by now that it'll be gone in a day!
